“6th year! 6 years ago I was watching the news with my littles when a segment about a local Women and Children’s shelter came on. My littles and I had just been talking about Halloween costumes. I got the idea to get enough costumes so all the kids at that shelter would have a Halloween costume that Halloween. Since that year I have been collecting costumes for the shelter. This year I brought in 271 costumes and 250 bags of candy for those kids. It is a promise that I made 6 years ago and I will continue to do annually, because I said I would.”
